Move Along
Another Monday, another all day meeting.
I downloaded and tried to install Kubuntu 6.06 yesterday. The install seemed to go well but then stalled. I don't know why it did since I don't sit around watching the screen when these things runs. When I have the time, I'll take a look and see if any error messages appear when the install stops.

Sorry, no post today. I have a meeting first thing in the morning plus I'm moving from the old desk to my new office. It's not exactly very far, but I have more stuff that I thought I had and I don't know where I'm going to put everything.

Programming Note
Tomorrow is the Thanksgiving holiday in the US. So, I won't have a post. In addition, I probably won't have a post on Friday since I'm taking vacation time on that day so I can attend the beginning of the holiday season sales. If I don't get around to posting, may you have a great weekend.

Programming Note
I'm going to do some house cleaning on the server for this site. As I do that, full access to this blog will not be available. If you come by during this time, the current page should be up, but not necessarily other services like search. Hopefully, the outage won't be long so things will be back to how they were shortly.
On the other hand, if it all goes badly, which it has in the past, my blog may be down for a couple of days. Stay tuned.

Sorry, no post today. I'm at home watching as the plumber we hired works on replacing our water heaters. As usual, due to the poor workmanship on the part of the builders of our two houses, he's having a hard time and will have to re-do a major part of the plumbing going to the heaters. Sigh.
Well, I guess it could be worse. So, I should be thankful we have a home that needs a new heater...
