These pictures were taken at two different events, one in September and one in October of 2001. The first event was the convocation which all new incoming classes attend. The intent is to gather the class together for the first time to give them the chance to meet each other. Members of the most recent class before them also attend to give them a sense of what their year will be like.

The second event was a month later. By then the new class has gelled and they are thinking about what they need to do for their practicum. Hence, the second meeting focuses on the process the new class should go through in planning and implementing their practicum, and later their capstone project.

The pictures below are of my classmates. It is unfortunate that after being together for one year, we have to split up, depending on our concentrations. I say unfortunate because they have become my friends and because, by going through the fires with them, I trust them like few others.
